- We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.
Return Eligibility
- Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and unworn.
- The product is undamaged and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags and accessories are intact.
- The product has not been altered, repaired or exposed to chemicals/perfume.
Non-Returnable Products
- Due to hygiene and product-safety considerations, earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery may not be eligible for return, except in case of a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
- Customized, personalized, altered and clearance/final-sale products are also non-returnable unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged / Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and, wherever possible, an unboxing video.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, damage or an incorrect product, DemoG will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost.
- For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may apply.
- Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
