• By accessing or purchasing from DemoG Jewellers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

• Product images are displayed for representation purposes. Minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
• We aim to ensure that all product information, pricing and availability are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

• Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

• DemoG reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraudulent activity or other genuine operational reasons.

Orders

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or confirmation of an approved COD order, where COD is available.
• We may contact customers for order verification when required.

Product Care

• Artificial and American Diamond jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, chemicals and prolonged moisture.
• Store jewellery in a dry, clean and preferably airtight pouch when not in use.

Intellectual Property

• All product images, brand elements, designs, text and website content belonging to DemoG are protected and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior permission.
